En la mitologia Nordica existian 9 mundos divididos en tres niveles. Uno de ellos se llamaba Midgard, conocido tambien como "tierra de enmedio o jardin" y se encontraba en el segundo nivel; ahi era donde habitabamos nosotros: Los humanos.
